原件高4.0厘米。2004年宁波市慈城傅家山遗址出土，现藏宁波市文物考古研究所。
鹰作巨首，大勾喙 ，眼睛以钻琢一圆窝为瞳仁，外眶以两周同心圆圈，显得硕大、深邃而又炯然有神。脖颈颀长，上阴刻由横、竖线条组成的精美图案。外形轮廓柔和曲美。
灵气充盈，神气活现，为史前时期原始雕刻艺术之精品。
The original object, 4.0 cm in height, was unearthed from the Fujiashan site in Cicheng, Ningbo in 2004. It is now in the collection of Ningbo Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology.
The object looks soft and curvy. The eagle has a huge head and a large hooked beak. The eye consists of a round cut as the pupil and two concentric circles as the socket, making it big, deep and glaring. The neck is long, and beautifully incised with horizontal and vertical lines
Vivid and lively, this object is one of the finest of the primitive carving art in the prehistoric period.
